Julius Effenberger was born in Prague and lives in Switzerland since 1968. Partially he lives also in Saint-Louis du Sénégal . His Photographs show Afrika free from catastrophy or conflict.
In Saint-Louis du Sénégal he has also founded Académie de theatre ZOA.
